All CHSS advisors are invited to attend this session, designed to help us continue building our skills with career conversations in academic advising.

This customized session will focus on career outcomes data for CHSS students, connecting your students with employers who hire CHSS majors for jobs and internships, and ways to work with students hoping to connect their majors to their careers.

After participating in the training, you will be able to confidently:

• Support students seeking career path and job-search advice
• Describe and share the career development process with students
• Refer students to University Career Services for advising
• Support employer recruitment efforts in compliance with Mason policies and NACE ethical standards
• Promote Handshake and other career resources available to Mason students
