The Graduate Academic Affairs team serves current and prospective CHSS students as well as faculty and staff across the College. The office supports inclusive excellence and innovation in graduate education and research training and addresses the academic and professional development needs of graduate certificate, master’s degree, and doctoral students in CHSS. The office supervises graduate curriculum development and academic program reviews for CHSS, develops college-level academic policies, and manages graduate student appeal and grievance processes. It also manages CHSS’s competitive awards for graduate students, processes academic actions, works with faculty to secure external funding, and facilitates professional development opportunities for faculty related to graduate education and mentoring.
